[:is]IDEAGRO has participated in the Campus Innovation COVAP, an initiative in which the learning and developing the ability to innovate form the main pillars of this experience.
This campus is mainly focused on showing the tools and trends to innovate in the company and the success stories and the possibility of innovation that agri-food products and their production processes offer us today.
Our CEO, Pedro Palazón had the opportunity to participate by giving a talk on July 24, within the AUTOMATION AND DIGITALIZATION OF THE CHAIN block, giving a session on Precision Agriculture.
Palazón spoke with the attending students about soil mapping, variable planting and fertilization, to adapt to the terrain and its ability to maximize production, crop monitoring through predictive models of pests and diseases, and finally, how to use the set of tools and solutions available under the umbrella of the precision agriculture to evaluate trials objectively.
It has been a pleasure for us to have been able to participate in this interesting and exciting initiative baptized as Campus Innovation, developed by COVAP in collaboration with FUNDECOR and the University of Córdoba.[:]
